Looking for a motivated individual to join our dairy farm near Listowel, ON!
Job Duties:
-Milking cows according to established farm procedures and schedules
-Preparing cows for milking, including cleaning and sanitizing udders
-Operating and maintaining milking equipment and parlour systems
-Monitoring animal health and reporting concerns such as illness or injury
-Cleaning and sanitizing the milking parlour and equipment after each milking
-Assisting with feeding, bedding, and general barn maintenance as required and all general farm duties
-Following all farm policies, biosecurity protocols, and health and safety procedures
-Working independently during assigned shifts and cooperatively with other farm workers
