DiplomaMechanical3-5 Years of Exp. Should Have experience in breakdown maintenance,Preventive Maintenance of CNC machines- VMC, HMC,Honing machines, SPM machines, Grinding Machines. Should have hands-on experience of assembling anddismantling CNC machine assemblies like spindle, slides,ball screws, guides, Hyd. Circuits. Should have skill of trouble shooting of problems relatedto CNC machines. Should have knowledge of Fanuc system. Can work under high production pressure environment. Should know basic maintenance systems like MTTBF,MTTR, Uptime, Why-Why analysis. Should have good knowledge of Hydraulic systems andpneumatic systems. Should know read the drawings. Should know the basics of 5S, Kaizen concepts.Should have good idea of Safety and safe workenvironment.
