Job Overview: 

Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling HVAC projects to ensure timely execution with optimal resource utilization.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Prepare and update project schedules for HVAC works

Track project progress and identify delays or risks

  • Coordinate with site, design, and execution teams

  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment planning

  • Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and MIS

  • Ensure projects are completed within timelines and planned resources

Required Candidate's Profile:

  • B.E. /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC / MEP planning

  • Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)

  • Good coordination, reporting, and analytical skills
