Role Description – Private Lender (Volunteer / Remote)

This is a volunteer, remote role for individuals interested in supporting business growth at S.M. INSTITUTION through structured private lending .

Role Overview
  • Act as a private lender by providing funds to support company growth
  • No operational, managerial, or decision-making involvement
  • This is a pure lending arrangement , not an investment or partnership
Returns & Structure
  • Annual interest: up to 40% per annum (mutually agreed)
  • Fixed tenure and fixed monthly EMI
  • Fully documented loan agreement (government-approved e-Stamp)


This role is suited for individuals who are comfortable with documented private lending and are seeking predictable returns through a legally structured arrangement.
