Looking for Private Music Lessons for Beginner Guitar

Hi, I'm looking for a patient and experienced music teacher to give me private guitar lessons. I'm a complete beginner and want to learn the basics, including chords, strumming patterns, and simple songs. Ideally, the lessons would be once a week and tailored to my pace. I have my own guitar but would appreciate guidance on tuning and maintenance as well. Looking forward to finding someone friendly and encouraging to help me start my musical journey.
