Key Responsibilities1. Supervise FRP Production: Oversee the fabrication, installation, and repair of FRP components and structures, ensuring quality and safety standards.2. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of FRP technicians and laborers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure FRP products meet industry standards and customer requirements.4. Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment, implementing safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.5. Project Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling FRP projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.6. Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers, addressing queries, and resolving issues related to FRP products and services.7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance FRP production efficiency, quality, and safety.Requirements1. Education: Diploma or degree in a relevant field (., materials science, engineering, or a related discipline).2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in FRP production, installation, or repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of FRP materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards (., ASTM, ACI).4. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.5. Certifications: Relevant certifications (., ACMA, ASME) are desirable.What We Offer1.
