Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and deliverycapabilities.2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value for thecompany.3. Review technical specifications and requirements to identify suitable materials andcomponents for purchase.4. Generate purchase orders, manage order placement, and track order status to ensuretimely delivery of materials and equipment.5. Monitor inventory levels and consumption patterns to optimize stock levels and minimizeexcess or obsolete inventory.6. Resolve supplier issues, disputes, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.7. Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed tomaintain quality standards.8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements toinform procurement decisions.9. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor information in theprocurement system.
