The job objective for the position of Vice President Operations is to lead and oversee all facets of our organization's operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, strategic alignment, and exceptional performance. This pivotal role aims to drive operational excellence, streamlining processes, managing resources effectively,and continually enhancing quality, all while aligning operations with our longterm strategic goals. The VP of Operations will be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on cost control, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Through dynamic leadership, this position plays a critical role in achieving customer satisfaction, driving growth, and maintaining our position as a leader in our industry.Business Direction - Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the teams under management. Works with the COO to determine strategy to achieve overall site goals. Shapes the direction of the team, keeps them focused and motivated to deliver the right results. Understands how to position the organization for success.
