Lounge supervisors are responsible for ensuring that staff is working together as a cohesive team to deliver exceptional service and meet guest needs.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns in a timely manner, while also maintaining a clean and organized environment.

The lounge supervisor will be required to inspect storage areas regularly to ensure they remain well-organized, utilize first-in-first-out inventory management practices, and maintain cleanliness standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
