Location: Lebanon-Beirut
Job Summary:

The Low Current Installation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage systems such as security, fire alarm, and audio-visual systems. The technician will ensure systems function properly by following blueprints, conducting tests, and troubleshooting issues. The Technician is responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting and analyzing environmental data, and implementing environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems.

• Follow blueprint and schematic diagrams to determine the location of wiring and equipment.

• Inspect installation sites to ensure safety and adequacy of wiring.

• Conduct tests to locate and diagnose system malfunctions.

• Comply with all safety regulations and building codes.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Instruct clients on how to use the systems once installed.

• Assist with implementing environmental remediation projects.

• Prepare reports and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

• Collaborate with a team of environmental scientists and professionals.

• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or certification in electronics or a related field.

• Experience with low voltage systems installation and maintenance.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Excellent communication skills.















Position: BMS and Low Current Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install BMS, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.

• Coordinate with the engineering team and follow technical specifications.

• Read technical manuals and complete maintenance reports.

• Perform system testing and troubleshooting.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of BMS and fire alarm systems.

• Ability to read drawings and manuals.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Education & Experience:

• BT3 or TS3 degree in electrical/electronic or equivalent.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
