Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for a Low Voltage Senior Estimator in Charlotte, NC.

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Low Voltage Senior Estimator in Charlotte, NC is $100,000–$120,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.

    • Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed estimates for a high volume of projects.

  • Scope includes all low-voltage systems: voice/data, video & security, audio-visual, nurse call, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and fire alarm.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Preconstruction to review documents and coordinate meetings.

  • Manage project financials, approve invoices, and track budget variances.

  • Prepare management reports and support presentations as needed.

  • Negotiate change orders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in low-voltage construction, structured cabling, and telecommunications (estimating focus; PM experience a plus).

  • Proven experience bidding commercial low-voltage projects.

  • Proficiency with Accubid, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong employment stability and professional references.

  • Excellent prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
