Works as part of an installation crew to provide the cable infrastructure for security, data, telecommunications, and audio/visual systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cable Installation: Pull and run Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, coax, and fiber optic cable through commercial buildings Install cable support systems including J-hooks, cable trays, conduit, and raceways Fish cable through walls, ceilings, and floors Maintain proper bend radius and cable management standards Ensure installations meet TIA/EIA standards and local codes Termination and Testing: Terminate Cat5e, Cat6, and coax cables to jacks, patch panels,...
