Low Voltage Cable Technician
Job Title: Telecommunications Technician

Location: Nashville, TN
Type: 6-Month with possible extension

Position Summary
Installs, terminates, and tests low voltage cabling systems in commercial environments. Works as part of an installation crew to provide the cable infrastructure for security, data, telecommunications, and audio/visual systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cable Installation:
+ Pull and run Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, coax, and fiber optic cable through commercial buildings
+ Install cable support systems including J-hooks, cable trays, conduit, and raceways
+ Fish cable through walls, ceilings, and floors
+ Maintain proper bend radius and cable management standards
+ Ensure installations meet TIA/EIA standards and local codes
