Job Description Job Description We are seeking a LOW VOLTAGE TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER to become an integral part of our team! Urban Communications, Inc. a leading provider of Broadband services located in the South/South West Suburbs of Chicago is looking for a Network Field Installer/Technician. Urbancom.net provides broadband internet, VoIP and related services to businesses and government agencies. Urbancom.net has built and manages our own point to point and point to multipoint microwave networks as well as builds and manages networks for government agencies in the surrounding area. Urbancom.net also operates the Cook County Chicago Southland Fiber Network. The position requires some tower climbing to effectuate repairs. This is not a full time tower climbing position.
