Lowe's Pro Renovations (LPR) Project Representative

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Reviews submitted opportunities for viability (including compliance review) and partners with account owners for concerns / clarity.
+ Prepares for site walks by completing pre-call planners.
+ Walks sites and identifies project scope, product needs, and installation service opportunities to include quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence for execution.
+ Partners with Lowe’s Independent Service Providers to determine scope requirements / cost elements based on site walk.
+ Evaluates the profitability and viability of customers’ request.
+ Prepares comprehensive bid packet based on walk details, installer inputs, and final customer selections; present bid for signature and execution by account contact.
+ Partners with LPR Virtual Support team, Installer, and customer to host a Pre-Construction conference to ensure ordering, deliveries, installation, and overall project scheduling is aligned and forecasted.
