Loyalty Manager

Roccabella Yachts, a boutique superyacht brokerage house specialising at the top end of the yacht market, is looking for a Yacht Charter Manager to join our Palma or London team.

The ideal candidate will have strong APA expertise, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, bilingual in French/English, and willing to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities:

* Expertly handle APA accounts, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, VAT and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

* Competently manage all aspects of yacht charters, from broker inquiries to post-charter evaluations

* Effectively build and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, captains, and clients alike

* Efficiently collaborate with our in-house sales and marketing teams to maximise charter bookings.
