A premier resort in Metro Manila is seeking a Loyalty Program Design & Optimization professional. You will own the structure and economics of our loyalty programs, ensuring they remain cost-efficient while appealing to players. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in loyalty, is data-driven, and possesses a strong understanding of reward mechanics. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally and make strategic data-informed decisions, all while reporting directly to the CRM Director.
