Job Title Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This is a per diem position. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs). Document patient care accurately and timely. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain a safe and clean environment. Follow all facility policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Valid and current LPN license in the state of New Jersey. Current CPR certification. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a long-term care setting.
