Job Description
Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a LPN that would be interested in a Full-Time 13-Week Contract with skilled nursing facility in Des Plaines , IL. Additional details of the contract are listed below:
Position: LPN
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $40/hr
Schedule:
+ 40 hours/week
+ Evening Shift
+ 2:30p-10:30p
+ 5 8 hour shifts per week, every other weekend required
Duration:
+ 13 Weeks (likely extension)
Requirements:
+ 2+ years of experience as LPN
+ Skilled Nursing/ LTC experience (at least 1 year)
+ trachs, vents, and gtube experience
+ IV Certified required
+ IL LPN License
+ BLS
+ ASAP Start
