Schedule : Monday to Friday

Locations:  Basehor & Wichita, KS

Job responsibilities:

• Implements the policies and procedures.

• Conducts, in cooperation with the Director, the initial and ongoing assessments of each resident, utilizing the nursing process and appropriate forms (FCS, NSA, HCP) to determine resident needs.

• In cooperation with the Director, develops, implements, and updates the Negotiated Service Agreement/Health Care Plan for each resident.

• Completes documentation promptly, such as doctor appointments, new orders received, nursing notes, incident reports, etc.

• Practices the standard precautions of infection control and monitors staff and residents for compliance with local/state health code/infection control practices.
