Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN l Afternoon/Evening Block OR Overnight block 64 hours/2 weeks l With an every other weekend rotation

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care to residents/patients, including medications and treatment administration, documentation, and other therapeutic interventions under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Director. This position is responsible for providing direction to Nursing Assistants, Resident Assistants, Trained Medication Assistants, and other clinical staff on unit/shift.
