Role Summary

The Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising BAU network operations and providing Tier 2 technical escalation support for AAHK’s mission-critical network infrastructure, ensuring service stability, compliance, and operational excellence under the AAHK ANS contract.

The Job

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core network infrastructures including AANET, WNET, INFA and related systems
  • Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex network incidents and operational issues
  • Provide technical guidance to engineers on BAU operations, escalation handling, and change governance
  • Lead technical support for TSL activities and arrange related drill exercises
  • Review, assess, and verify network configuration changes to ensure operational stability
