Description and Requirements
- To manage a team of staff in the operation, maintenance, enhancement and development of dedicated electronic systems to meet customers' requirements
- To plan, direct, control and supervise the operation and maintenance of dedicated electronic systems to ensure optimal service availability up to the required standards
- To liaise with customers and contractors regarding future planning, enhancement and service quality issues
To forecast, prepare and control budgets in compliance with prescribed policies and standards
