LS Domain Consultant

Job Title: Life Sciences Domain Consultant 

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Experience: 12–18 years 

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a seasoned Life Sciences (LS) Domain Consultant to support our IT and 

transformation teams in shaping responses for client proposals, solutioning, and related pre-sales and 

delivery activities. The consultant will play a key role in translating business needs from pharma and 

biotech clients into effective digital and automation solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Partner with delivery, solution, and sales teams to develop domain-rich responses for RFPs, 

proposals, and client presentations. 

Provide domain insights across Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and 

Medical Affairs to strengthen solution narratives. 

Support creation of use cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps aligned 

with client objectives. 

Collaborate with technical teams (RPA, AI/ML, Data, Analytics, GenAI, etc.) to ensure 

solutions are domain-relevant and compliant. 

Conduct research and benchmarking on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and digital 

adoption in the Life Sciences sector. 

Participate in client discussions to represent domain expertise and validate proposed 

approaches. 

Desired Skills & Experience: 

Strong understanding of end-to-end Life Sciences processes — Clinical Development, 

Safety/PV, Regulatory, or Medical Affairs. 

12–18 years of experience in LS operations, consulting, or digital transformation roles. 

Exposure to IT-led initiatives such as automation, analytics, and AI/ML in Life Sciences. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally with 

global teams. 

Prior experience in pre-sales or solution support preferred. 

Education: 

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related 

discipline. 

Additional certification in data, digital, or automation tools is an advantage.
