The Role
As LSA Manager/SENCO, you will play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive and aspirational culture for both staff and students. Working closely with all area's of Senior management, you will help to lead and support a small campus team and a cohort of neurodivergent students aged 16–24 who are accessing Art, Design, Craft and Creative Futures (our work-related learning offer).
Under the direction of the Campus Lead, you will support the day-to-day running of the campus, with a strong focus on safeguarding, wellbeing and holistic student progress.
