Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Colchester

Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a role in the Colchester area? Protocol Education is working closely with a range of welcoming primary schools seeking LSAs to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children’s learning, confidence, and wellbeing in the classroom.

The Role:



  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups


  • Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities


  • Helping pupils access learning and build confidence


  • Supporting children with additional needs where required
