Job Description

We are looking for an IT Business Development Executive to generate leads and close deals through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, handling the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid on projects on Upwork, Freelancer & similar platforms
  • Generate leads and convert them into clients
  • Handle end-to-end sales from first contact to deal closure
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Coordinate with the technical team for smooth delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience with Upwork, Freelancer or other portals
  • Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven
