Job Description
We are looking for an IT Business Development Executive to generate leads and close deals through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, handling the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on projects on Upwork, Freelancer & similar platforms
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Handle end-to-end sales from first contact to deal closure
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth delivery
Requirements:
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer or other portals
- Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
