- 3+ years Financial Services Operations (FSO) experience
- Hands-on in RTR, OTC, and Tax workflows
- Flow Designer, Business Rules, and data model expertise
- ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Strong scripting and configuration skills and
- Experience automating finance close, reconciliation, and tax reporting processes.
- Experience leading FSO module deliveries
- Ability to translate finance processes into ServiceNow workflows
- Strong design and review capability
- Experience managing finance transformation projects using ServiceNow.
- Ability to optimize RTR, OTC, and Tax workflows for efficiency and compliance
