Under direct supervision, operates basic saw types such as pop-up, miter, web saws to cut planks, timbers, or boards according to work orders.


* Reviews work order to determine cut(s) to be made.

* Adjusts saw for required cuts.

* Adjusts speed of saw and feed rolls.

* Stacks cut lumber after processing.

* Observes safety procedures at all times.
