Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead (MERN Stack) to lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with the MERN stack and capable of leading a small team, owning architecture decisions, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using MERN stack

• Take ownership of application architecture, performance, and scalability

• Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements

• Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization

• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in full-stack development

• Strong expertise in MERN Stack :

  • MongoDB

  • Express.js

  • React.js

  • Node.js

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services

• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
