Job Description

Role Overview:

Handle enquiries and convert them into villa bookings by understanding guest needs and recommending the right villa and experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website & partners
  • Understand guest requirements (group size, occasion, budget, dates)
  • Suggest suitable villas and value-added experiences
  • Follow up consistently and close bookings
  • Coordinate with operations for availability, pricing & confirmations
  • Update lead status and remarks in CRM / sheets


Requirements:

  • 1–4 years experience in villa, luxury travel, hospitality or real estate sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable selling high-value bookings
  • Customer-focused, patient and detail-oriented
