Job Description

A luxury retail brand is seeking a Client Advisor for a long-term contract in China. This position requires excellent customer service skills and fluency in Mandarin, as well as experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury goods. The role includes providing solutions to customers, handling enquiries, and supporting in-store events. Full-time engagement with a potential starting date as soon as possible.
