Luxury Real Estate Developer Senior Mechanical Engineer/Design

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems for our high-end residential projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, sustainability, and overall quality of the mechanical designs that contribute to the luxurious living experiences we provide.

Responsibilities

• Functional Accountabilities:
• Review Mechanical design documents, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and BOQs, taking into consideration best international codes/standards, local authorities/service providers regulations, ease of maintenance, QA/QC guidelines, cost, and sales agreements obligations.
