Luxury Retail Sales Associate

Part-Time or Full-Time candidates – hourly wage plus bonus opportunities.

Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong client relationships
  • Drive sales and meet individual and store goals
  • Develop and maintain a client book
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including care and features
  • Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at POS
  • Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and visual standards
  • Support inventory processing, replenishment, and tagging
  • Gift wrap and package purchases
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury-standard sales floor
  • Assist with phone orders, mailings, and other store tasks as needed
