Forst is a 135-year-old Portuguese heritage villa in North Goa. Guests don't come here for a room, they come for slow mornings, long lunches, music by the pool and memories that feel personal.
We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys creating that kind of stay for people.
This role is not a typical hotel job. It sits somewhere between a host, a problem-solver, and the calm centre of the home.
What the role feels like
You'll be the first person guests meet and the last person they remember.
You'll notice when the lights feel too bright in the evening.
You'll suggest breakfast timing when you see guests had a late night.
You'll make sure the team is happy, the house runs smoothly, and nothing feels mechanical or scripted.
