A fantastic opportunity to work for as established FM service provider situated in Farringdon. The successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically biased with a wealth of building maintenance experience. The successful candidate will be based across a Large Commercial site located in Farringdon and be responsible for a team of Engineers.
Working rota - 4 on 4 off days and nights (06.00 - 1800 & 1800 - 06.00), but will be days Monday – Friday till September 2026. As the is still under construction.

Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance is carried out to all client assets through operation of Planned Preventative Maintenance System.
