Core Skills :

- 4+ years in Exchange Migration (Hybrid, IMAP) & O365 Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, M365 Purview, Intune.
- Copilot Deployment
- 2+ years in AD, ADFS, AAD Connect
- 1+ year in Azure Administration(preferred).
- Expert in Exchange 2007-2019, O365, and Skype for Business migrations.
- Provide L2/L3 support for email infrastructure and incident management.
- Perform patches, upgrades, and disaster recovery tasks.
- Set up mailboxes, device enrollments, and redundant environments.
- Assist with SOP/KB creation and support knowledge management.
- Manage Office 365 environments, address client issues, and ensure service availability.
- Participate in projects, handle escalations, and interact with Microsoft vendors.
- Strong skills in Exchange, Outlook, Windows Server, Active Directory, and ADFS.
- Excellent communication skills and global client experience.
- Handle Global Clients (mandatory)
