M365 Developer / Microsoft 365 - SharePoint

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Build and customize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions using React/TypeScript.
• Develop automation and business workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripts.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Power BI).
• Manage permissions, security settings, and content governance.
• Perform migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of SharePoint environments.
• Document solutions and provide technical support to end users.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2- 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online development.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx, React/TypeScript, and REST APIs / Graph API.
• Experience with Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, site collections, and workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Teams integrations, and M365 administration.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or SharePoint Developer Associate (preferred).
• Experience in SharePoint migrations (on-prem to online) using tools like ShareGate or Metalogix.
• Exposure to Teams App Development or Power Virtual Agents.
