Manpower is partnering with an international investment fund that is looking to expand its Barcelona team with an M&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
Support the M&A Associate in drafting and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and other materials required throughout the investment process.
Conduct research on companies, sectors, and markets to back investment rationales and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather and consolidate all relevant information for each transaction.
Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as deals progress through the pipeline.
