M&A Analyst

Overview

Our portfolio is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to work closely with senior management in continuing the company’s successful M&A activity. Reporting initially to the Director of M&A, this position will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and closing acquisition opportunities. The ideal candidate is inherently curious, has mature interpersonal skills and has meticulous attention-to-detail. Drive, resourcefulness, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity will be crucial for this role. An understanding and appreciation of serial acquirors is an asset. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and gain M&A experience or is playing a critical role in a hierarchical M&A organization but wants the opportunity to lead acquisition processes from start to finish.
