M&A Deal Lead

We are seeking resilient, self-motivated, and experienced M&A professionals to join our team as an M&A Deal Lead in India. You will take a pivotal, hands-on role in managing the full M&A lifecycle—from origination and bid preparation through due diligence and closing. While post-merger integration is not the primary focus, you will be closely involved in pre-closing integration planning.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated M&A professional with experience in investment banking and/or

corporate development within the tech services industry, ideally with a significant track record of closing deals on the buy-side. This role requires working very closely with the CCO and other global executives based in the US.

Location: India, remote (preferred home base: Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi areas)
