M&A Strategy Manager

We are seeking an M&A Strategy Manager to lead and support our clients through strategic initiatives and the complexity they encounter during mergers and acquisitions. The role requires a combination of a strong analytical mindset and natural curiousness to deep dive into topics related to the core functioning of a business and the environment it operates in (. markets and trends). The candidate should have the ability to research a business problem and develop actionable strategies with the aim of driving drive business success, in both organic and inorganic ways, or help with setting up a turnaround plan. In doing so, you will work closely in cross-functional teams directly with our clients.
