Job Description: The Mac Endpoint Management Team is committed to delivering an enterprise class Apple macOS platform, and is responsible for all aspects of the design, configuration, and integration of macOS based devices into the firm. We are looking for a person who can contribute to many of these ongoing initiatives, and own related engineering tasks from beginning to end. The candidate will have a very strong technical foundation, a strategic mind-set, great communication skills, and the ability to collaborate well with others on a truly global team. The core responsibilities of this position include. Engineer and sustain macOS related technologies across the firm Ensure products meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements Ensure we meet the business expectations around user experience Identify systemic issues and determine solutions Create, review, and maintain documentation Provide 3rd level support in the troubleshooting of complex issues Disseminate knowledge amongst peers

Skills Required

• 5+ years of tech experience in an enterprise environment

• Advanced knowledge of macOS (Sequoia/Tahoe)

• Proficiency in Jamf or a competing MDM solution

• Experience with automated device enrolment using ABM (Apple Business Manager)

• Working knowledge of DLP and endpoint security related clients (e.g. Tanium, Microsoft Defender, Jamf Protect)

• Practical experience with a Zero Trust Network Access solution (Zscaler-specific is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) and related infrastructure components (firewalls, proxies, load balancers, etc.)

• Working knowledge of IdP related protocols (e.g. SAML, OIDC) and related platforms

• Familiarity with mobile app development related tools and platforms (Xcode, Android Studio, IntelliJ, Artifactory, Git, Bitbucket, npm, VS Code, etc.)

• Basic scripting experience (Bash/Python/etc.) with a desire to further develop this skill

• Strong troubleshooting mind-set

• Ability to take ownership and work autonomously while exercising appropriate levels of inclusion and communication with the larger team
