Job Description

Seeking a junior level Machine Builder in the Grand Rapids area.  May be open to hiring an entry level person with good mechanical knowledge and the ability to learn.

Role:
This Machine Builder plays a pivotal role in constructing automated equipment and systems by proficiently assembling frames, fixtures, mechanisms, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Build custom automation equipment to print, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align team efforts with project deadlines and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and repair custom machines as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Plumb pneumatic cylinders and valves according to pneumatic schematics, ensuring proper functionality and alignment.
