MACHINE BUILDER III minimum 5 years plus of experience Core Responsibilities and Tasks ¿ Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality and completes all position and site safety training Performs tasks of Machine Builder. Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in a programmed sequence Assembles mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination Follows assembly/test instructions, e.g., color code, PVC solvent welding, and thread tapping. Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP), if applicable to the site Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.
