My client, a leading manufacturer of catering and baking equipment, is looking for a Machine Builder/Assembler to join their team in Bellville South, Cape Town.


Key responsibilities


– Assemble Gearboxes, Pulleys, Sprockets, Chains, Conveyors, Rollers, Bearing fitment.


– Make use of all electrical hand tools (Drill, Grinder, Tap Machine) include normal spanners and hand tools.


Required Skills and Knowledge

  • At least 5 years experience in a Factory environment and be able to work as a team with previous experience as a Machine Builder

  • N4 Mechanical

  • Qualified Fitter or Millwright Artisan

  • Own transport and be able to come/go to work when working overtime.

  • Sense of responsibility

  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic

  • Know all sorts of Fasteners, Bolts, Nuts, Screw, Rivet, Rivnuts, Tapping and Die Nut Cutting of Threads
