**Job Description**
+ To perform minor and in-depth machine cleaning to maintain a high level standard to prevent bacterial growth on or in production equipment. Breaking down and sanitizing production equipment. Must have mechanical knowledge, must be willing to work in a food production/dirty environment.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Disassemble, wash, sanitize, and reassemble pumps, conveyors, belts, depositors, and other equipment and machines.
+ Participate in on-the-job training as required.
+ Assist Maintenance Department to support a functioning facility and equipment.
+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
