Responsibilities Include
+ Lead medium-scale design projects with budget and quality oversight
+ Independently solve design challenges and coordinate across disciplines
+ Produce final plans, specifications, and evaluate construction outcomes
+ Serve as Job Captain on single or multi-discipline projects
+ Prepare and review construction budgets and scopes of work
+ Perform project management and oversee design team tasks
+ Develop new design approaches and represent the team in client meetings
+ Estimate total design and construction costs
