Responsibilities Include

  • Lead medium-scale design projects with budget and quality oversight
  • Independently solve design challenges and coordinate across disciplines
  • Produce final plans, specifications, and evaluate construction outcomes
  • Serve as Job Captain on single or multi-discipline projects
  • Prepare and review construction budgets and scopes of work
  • Perform project management and oversee design team tasks
  • Develop new design approaches and represent the team in client meetings
  • Estimate total design and construction costs
