About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Blueverse team. This role is ideal for someone who has deep hands-on experience in building, training, deploying, and scaling advanced AI/ML systems. You will work on cutting-edge problems across computer vision, NLP, speech, and multimodal transformer models, while contributing to large-scale, production-grade AI platforms.

As a senior member of the team, you will also play a key role in technical leadership, architecture decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models across CV, NLP, speech, and multimodal use cases
• Build and optimize large-scale training pipelines using distributed training frameworks such as DeepSpeed and Horovod
• Optimize model performance leveraging GPU acceleration and distributed systems
• Develop and manage end-to-end ML workflows using Databricks and MLflow
• Implement real-time and near real-time video processing pipelines for production environments
• Deploy and manage inference services using KServe and Triton Inference Server
• Work with Vector Databases, RAG architectures, and LangChain for intelligent retrieval and generative AI applications
• Orchestrate ML pipelines using Ray, Airflow , and related MLOps tools
• Collaborate closely with product, platform, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and MLflow
• Expertise in Computer Vision, NLP, Speech models , and multimodal transformer architectures
• Deep understanding of GPU optimization, distributed training , and large-scale ML systems
• Experience with real-time / near real-time video processing pipelines
• Solid MLOps experience with tools such as:
• MLflow, Ray, Airflow
• KServe, Triton Inference Server
• Vector Databases, RAG frameworks, LangChain

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Broadcast or OTT platforms
• Familiarity with Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI , including Stable Diffusion , image generation, or video generation models

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of overall AI/ML experience , including leadership or senior technical roles
• 5+ years of ML Engineering experience in production environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
